Symbolic/monochrome folder icons in Nemo on lower zoom levels with Papirus icon theme

Bug description

Papirus is my favorite icon theme and list view my default view. When I set zoom level below 66%, icons get monochrome/symbolic.
Don't now if this is intended, but on symbolic and compact view it doesn't do that.

Steps to reproduce

Open Nemo, set it to list view and to 33% or 50% zoom level

Expected behavior

Set to list view and zoom level 33% or 50%, colored folder icons should be display.

Additional information

I also tested it with Mint-Y icon theme and folders are colored on 33% or 50%.
