fsockopen() 有些空间不开放这个的
由于fsockopen可能采用一种洪水攻击模式的攻击利用,从而造成大量由机房向外发包攻击的可能,我们按照机房的要求禁用该函数,并使用pfsockopen进行功能的完整替代，建议这里检测能够灵活一些。不然这一步过不去，虽然自己可以修改并能解决

嗯 已经修改 其实这个方法似乎并不需要
