b407a2f

  • replaced as many deadlinks as possible in this commit. links that are still being flagged as broken are external links that have some paywall (e.g., papers) or require auth (e.g., jhub.dartmouth.edu)
  • some links were replaced by their waybackmachine versions
  • there are some nltools links that are still broken. will make new issues to resolve these separately
