Test compatibility on Svelte 5

Will publish a version on npm using the next tag so we can test package on svelte 5 projects, next version should can be installed by running something like:

# Install on a project
pnpm add lamy-debugbar@next

# Update an existing installation
pnpm update lamy-debugbar@next
