Change the flow in the UI to indicate an onChain transaction is in progress once sent or being received

I don't think we need an Ibex call here. I messaged Ibex to see if they can add unsettled transactions to their history. The Ibex call we we're referring to was getting the estimated fee when we want to send the entire balance of a wallet.
