打开串口失败

问题

使用minicom以及python的serial模块均可读取串口数据
但是此软件一直打开串口失败

设备

PL2303芯片的USB-TTL线
stm32f103C8T6
macOS Mojave 10.14

在Mac AppStore花钱买的
不太懂硬件这方面，希望作者帮解决一下

代码2：权限错误(PermissionError)
可能是因为mac自带的安全机制。
