Bug: widgets are producing unnecessary DB queries #524

Widgets are producing DB queries even when they're disabled.

The bigger issue is that they do so on every single page, not only on the one where they are supposed to be displayed (as I understand it's only the dashboard).

Yep, I noticed that as well. Not very efficient.
