Microsoft appears to have a large number of IPs which I have not been able to find in the lists they've made available for download.

One of our clients recently got hit with a ton of traffic from 277 IP addresses which all appear to be from AS8075. AbuseIPDB reports their usage type as "Data Center/Web Hosting/Transit", and work from a co-worker shows them as possibly based in Eastern US / Virginia.

The worst offender was 52.186.84.121. I'm happy to share the full list if it would be helpful to anyone.

I was "hopeful" that this may just be a bot which would announce itself, but I found that they used the same UA string presenting themselves as Chrome running on Windows.

Big thanks for this project by the way, it has been a great help to me! If I find anything or a new list to fetch IPs from to help resolve this, I will update.

I've emailed Microsoft's abuse support to see if that gets me anywhere.
