Possible solution: Have a permalink for each entry, instead of any complicated referencing system with the category pages. The category pages should always be "latest-first". This is one way of guaranteeing consistent references to our entries.

Will fallback to entry template if no explicit permalink template is defined.

As an extension, we should have each permalink under subfolders of each category. We could also use the $entryID as the page name.
