Develop plan for integration of Lasair and RSP

• Potentially testing RSP API from Lasair web interface authentication expected to be a stumbling block eg. determination of data rights
• Where is it determined if user has data rights? This needs to be established since it feeds into Lasair/RSP integration.
• Accessing Lasair data through Firefly does not have a use case yet. Is it needed at all? This is likely the least valuable point of integration.
• Nublado with Lasair is another potential integration.

Initial meeting held in January. Need more information on Lasair requirements to enforce data rights, and on the mechanics for doing this. To be raised at IDAC workshop in March.
