Talk to ACF, look at Somerville options, for backing up LSST data.

Plan to use RAL Echo storage allocation for LSST:UK science-data backup. Mike Read is progressing.

Mathew Sims (RAL team) is testing backup process for HSC-VISTA images and catalogues, currently held on working storage on CSD3.
