Tried in migration project:

            transform Reshape::FieldsToFieldGroupWithConstant,
              fieldmap: {
                ben_assocstructureddategroup: :assocstructureddategroup
              },
              constant_target: :assocdatetype,
              constant_value: 'received'

Added "received" to all rows, even those with no assocstructureddategroup values
