1.6.2 (Engineering)

A few minor tweaks - first, a bug fix on the changes in 1.6.1 (wasn't detecting dependencies properly). Second, changed the ALTSELECT default, so it doesn't interfere with vim-like keybindings (unless told to, of course).

This is a minor maintenance release - I added a minor feature for changing the amount of context displayed based on the width of the terminal.

This release has a bunch of changes to how we decode and encode things. Most notably, there's now a way to force quoted-printable decoding of plain text (for those who extract text bodies out of the larger MIME structure) and there's now a little more control over how conservative we are in encoding URLs before handing them to the URL handler (more compliant with RFC 3986).
