Can I download only compounds with maximum annotation level?

Initially, as I found this database it seemed very interesting but it has serious issues with compounds like CNP0471590.
Containing both fluorine and bromine atoms it does not look like natural at all.
Can I download only compounds with maximum annotation level for further use?

@ProzacR Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the issue and are currently working to clean up the data. In the meantime, you can download the entire mongo dump and select the molecules you need.
