Better storage over view

I think we need a better way to search and filter items in our storage based on the metadata of the items.
I have seen some other posts that touch on the subject but what I'm looking for.

What I like to be able to do is:
I like to find a building that has IE attack and are 3x3.
I like to find building that gives me FP and are 2x2
I like to find building that gives me fragments for the winter pyramid

If it's inside a kit or a building I have.

That sounds a lot like the 'Buildings Efficiency Rating' tool, except including storage items, and adding a drop-down filter for size.
