Description

We need to find a way to track all the changes or updates related to incidents, news, and reports.

Expected Outcome

  • A strategy to implement an audit mechanism for tracking all the changes related to incidents, news, and reports.

Additional

  • Please check the audit gem. We would like to know if this is a good option to implement in the project.
