Missing main Makefile ?

Hello,

The Doxygen library state that typing make tests compile the differents tests gived with the library. Moreover, it implies for this command to be made at the root of the repo, with is not possible since there is no Makefile to be call.

My guess is that a main Makefile is missing, witch supposedly should call each Makefile when compiling, installing the lib and the provided tests.

I, of course, may have missed something and I this case I would be sorry.
