Small bug, as per the screenshot, this window was full screen before my monitors were turned off. The windows end up on the correct display but they don't maintain their original size, they all end up in the top left corner and very small, this includes other program like web browsers.

Thanks for your work on this.

Ok. This is a known issue. There are applications, mostly Microsoft's ones, that use an application frame instead of a window as the parent window. Unfortunately, I haven't discovered how to handle that and, as nobody was really complaining and I don't have much time, I didn't make much effort.
The main problem is I can't find documentation on that from Microsoft so it may take some time.
I'll working on this however.

Thanks to take the time to raise this!

Hi,

Can you binary (exe) from branch 0009-vs-community-2019 branch ?

Hi,
Just found this software, it's just what I've been looking for. I don't know why it's not included in Windows itself.
I'm having the same issue as Sean, specifically with Excel, where all widows end up on the correct displays but very small.
I also tried branch 0009-vs-community-2019, and it worked sometimes, but seemed very random and definitely wasn't consistent.

Cheers,
Matt

Hi leegold,

Is your screen at 100% DPI? I have a problem with DPI changes as not all applications handle it in the same way and it is very hard to get it right (if at all possible.)
I've made an effort to do it at least for the apps that handle it well, but then the apps that doesn't handle are distorted and no more usable (text, images, buttons, all become changed in size until the point they are no more legible, not only the window) and that's not only worse but unacceptable.
I guess I could add an option in the tray icon menu to give the choice to the user: handle DPI or not.
May be that could be a temporary solution.
I'm pretty sure when all apps handle DPI in the same manner, Microsoft will add this to Windows.
Do you want me to add the bounty? (I didn't know I could do that and how :-)
