Hi,
I have a feature enhancement regarding the naming of ranked accepted designs. Currently they are numbered:
1
2
3
4
5
6
etc.
When you have more than 9, the numbers don't go in order anymore in file lists, etc. I think it would be more convenient to have them numbered like this:
001
002
003
004
005
006
etc
In reality the number of leading 0s should probably just dictated by the number of digits in the target number of designs to cover a case where someone generates 1000+ designs...

Feature request: Change numbering of ranked to be 3 (or more) digits

I would say the numbering makes sense as it is- just slightly less than optimal formatting for doing things like concatenating the rank and the description for registering the constructs in a lims so that the rankings carry through to the experiments.
