設置關鍵詞過濾即可，備案太麻煩，這個網站體量還不到需要去做備案喔

目前在 server/tms.ts 有集成腾讯云内容安全服务，关键词是在这里面做的

src/main/resources/sensitive_word_dict.txt 这个敏感词库有点老了，看commit词库维护效率不高，如果腾讯云的敏感词库是有团队在持续维护的就用着吧
