Issue #1843 changed Mconf-Web to automatically generate unique usernames when a user is signing in via Shibboleth and LDAP. This is desirable for most cases, but not for UFRGS. Since the "card ID" is used as username, users would end up with usernames such as "00162323-2", which is not a good username.
There should be a way to disable the generation of unique usernames when signing in both via Shibboleth and LDAP. Maybe flags in the site, as in "Shibboleth: Generate unique usernames" and "LDAP: Generate unique usernames".
