Subject: [PATCH] 2.1.0 release     - Removed configs because most of the
 features that relied on it are removed     - Changed the licensing     -
 Added and updated recipes for:         - Magic mirror         - Dimensional
 crystal         - Enchanted mirror     - Enabled ingredients by default,
 because there are no loot tables anymore     - Updated pt_br.json (Mikeliro) 
    - Fixed Dimensional Mirror calling the same function twice     - Updated
 the sound effect for teleport.ogg, now its mirror_warp.ogg
