Add social elements to Mealie

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

Mealie currently lacks social interaction features, making it difficult for users to engage with one another meaningfully. While the comment system exists, it is underutilized due to the absence of features like tagging or notifications. This lack of interaction diminishes the sense of community and collaboration that could enrich the user experience.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

1. Recipe Author(s) and Collaborators:

• Allow recipes to have one or more authors or collaborators.
• Display the author(s) prominently on the recipe page.

2. User Tagging in Comments:

• Add the ability to tag other users in comments using an @username format.
• Tagged users should receive a notification about the comment.

2. User Notification System:

• Implement a notifications panel for in-app notifications
• Add optional email notifications via SMTP for actions

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

Implementing these features will require careful consideration of the current data models to ensure compatibility with existing functionality. Adding authors and collaborators, as well as implementing notifications and tagging, will take developer time and effort to design and implement effectively. However, the resulting improvements in user engagement and collaboration make the effort worthwhile.
