Franz plays notification-sound even if its turned of in Telegram

On every incoming message, I hear a notification-sound. (when Franz is not focused)

that might be a desktop notification sound, i think that would probably be a franz issue not the plugin itself. but not sure how we would integrate that over other than maybe a setting in the plugin for each plugin that you can change in the modal. what do you think @adlk
