charge distribution unit charging all pieces of mekasuit

Issue description

Hello, first of all, I want to congratulate you for such an incredible mod. I don't know if what I'm going to tell you is a feature of the mod or if it's certainly a bug. The fact is that I just assembled my mekasuit with the charge distribution unit and the solar recharging unit, so far everything worked fine, but when placing an Energy unit on the chest the CDU does not charge the new portion of energy installed. All the pieces continue to charge until full, although if I use the charge pad the Energy unit is fully charged.

I think it can't balance the charge so It wont charge it fully

I can confirm this bug, I have all at max energy (6.40 MFE) but I installed energy units to any piece other than helmet and it can't charge. I will assume this is also the case for geothermal generation unit which I think is related to how recharging and distribution works. The generator units are probably only recharging their corresponding piece rather than the whole suit, and if the corresponding piece is full on energy, it no longer can distribute energy.
