Voice client doesn't try to reconnect

Issue description

The walkie-talkie voice client attempts to connect to the server only once, the first time you log in. If the connection fails, it will not try to connect again after logging out, and the next attempt will require closing the client.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the game while having the voice server disabled or otherwise inaccessible
2. Log in to the server, see a failed voice server connection attempt
3. Log out
4. Make the voice server accessible again
5. Log in again
6. See no voice server connection attempts
