Issue description

With the stock mode activated, the Formulaic Assemblicator does not take in items that are not perfectly normal (like damaged swords and bows) into its recipe, but without it activated, the assemblicator does.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a recipe using a dispenser
  2. Fill in damaged bows (which will work in vanilla)
  3. The recipe does not go through if stock option is enabled on the machine

I can confirm, for example while trying to craft a dispenser, it doesn't accept damaged bows when stock control mode is on.
