Minor graphical glitch when using any resource pack

Just a slight graphical glitch but I find it to be a little too annoying to use enjoyably; the dark line that surrounds the text line in the chat box turns into a white line. I've included screenshots of what it looks like with a resource pack installed, and one with none. I also tried turning off and on the interface styles plugin and that doesn't seem to help. Restarting Runelite several times also doesn't seem to help.
