pyside6 dependency error preventing installation of Meshtastic Flasher on MacOS Monterey #236

Working through the installation instructions at 'https://meshtastic.org/docs/getting-started/flashing-firmware/meshtastic-flasher', I got the errors shown in the attached file. The version of python I used was the latest I could see for the Mac, v3.11.0rc2, at 'https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3110rc2/', when the instructions specified v3.60, or greater. Is this a simple case of the wrong version of python and, if so, where would I find the correct version?
