Tuple classes should be generated from use sites

Currently tuple classes are generated from their occurrences in signatures. Uses in rules are not taken into consideration. This means that a tuple configuration which only appears in rule bodies (and hence not in signatures) will not have a corresponding generated class. This should be improved.
