Add flux command open-oaipmh please add additional parameters for from and until similar to metadataPrefix

We have some repositories with great amount of records. For these repos we like to request only the newest records via oai-pmh.
Recently we circumvent requesting the records in whole by adding the required parameters to the metadatePrefix parameter, e.g. "edm&from=2023-12-06". We would appriciate if you can add the missing parameters too.
