Improve user experience with "Easy Mode"

The current process for running the full pipeline requires user interaction and input, which can be a barrier for new users. To improve the user experience and make the pipeline more accessible, we propose implementing an "Easy Mode" with the following features:

• Load the fullPipeline_illumina_nanopore.yml file by default if no other configuration is specified by the user. This will eliminate the need for users to manually select and load the configuration file.
• Include an example input.tsv file in the default directory alongside the fullPipeline_illumina_nanopore.yml file. This file will be used by default if no other input file is specified by the user. Users can easily modify this file if they do not want to create their own.
• Create a detailed first-time tutorial section in the documentation to guide users through the process of running the full pipeline with "Easy Mode" enabled.
