Content Decoding Fail in Chrome

I'm now getting this chrome error from the admin-lte minified css file.

jquery.js?hash=22a0055…:5814 GET http://localhost:3000/packages/mfactory_admin-lte/css/AdminLTE.min.css net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

It looks like this is a pretty common issue across a lot of stuff with the new chrome update. Even Facebook was throwing up this error for a couple of days.

Research leads me to believe it's an encoding issue about UTF-8 with/without BOM.

Any suggestions would be great thanks.
