Thanks for the log file. Now I can see that the issue was caused by the accented characters in the filename, and not just spaces. I could reproduce the issue now. I hopefully fixed it in TeX4ebook sources. I had to fix |

On FreeBSD 13.1, tex4ebook issues this message and doesn't terminate the task :
tex4ebook-exec_epub.lua:254: table index is nil
the same with -f epub3.
the same for tex4ebook v0.3c:
tex4ebook-exec_epub.lua:250: table index is nil
The data that induce this error :
Centrale Nantes - mécanique des milieux continus.zip
After investigation : it results that the bug triggers because of the letter é in the title of the .tex. Indeed, lg_item = function(item) can't do its job and returns prematurely when item = "Centrale Nantes - mécanique des milieux continus..."
