Total Confirmed cases for US rawdata is different from website

The total of confirmed cases in US from the table:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/Bing-COVID-19-Data/master/data/Bing-COVID19-Data.csv

is different from the one found on https://www.bing.com/covid/local/unitedstates

Are they from different sources? Are they updated differently?

I can confirm this. It's very confusing when I'm getting two different results from what should be the same data. One set of data can be obtained from using the live updates, the other set of data downloaded here from "behind the scenes" & does not match.
