Steps to reproduce

To reproduce this bug, you'll need to update powertoys using winget or install it using winget install powertoys --source winget or upgrade it with winget upgrade powertoys

✔️ Expected Behavior

Version 0.87.1 would install properly after running the commands

❌ Actual Behavior

The installer fails with the following error: Installer failed with exit code: 1603, the only way to get this PowerToys version installed is to manually download the machine wide version from GitHub

Are you still hitting this issue? It's possible the winget package wasn't available yet, but it appears to be there now. /needinfo

Unfortunately I cannot repeat the issue @cinnamon-msft because at the moment when I issued the bug the package was available and winget was able to download it right from GitHub however it failed only during the installation.

As far as I know winget does a hash check before installing it, so it matched the hash from the package on GitHub
