Deployment error with complex password generator

Whilst using a complex password generator the bootstrap fails if there is an & in the password as per teh screenshot

I think this might be related to #2440 - does your password contain a dollar-sign?

I see, that might also be the culprit - could you try to deploy without the & sign in the password?

We will explore how to avoid issues with special characters, I would guess implementing escaping is required for the passing of the parameter to the custom script extension.
