Description

As a user of the CI/CD templates provided in Cobalt, I want to know when I have failed to provide a required parameter so that I have better messages for failed builds due to misconfigured pipelines.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Required variables in the CI/CD template files have explicit checks to validate that all required properties are provided. The process is described here
