Links to source files not clickable in terminal if project name contains spaces #94874

VSCode Version: 1.44.0
OS version: Windows_NT x64 6.3.9600

Steps to Reproduce:

Clone this repository https://github.com/valeros/vscode-workspaces
Open vscode-prj2 folder, then open main.cpp file and try to build using ctrl-shift-b
Check the output in the terminal and see that links to source file with error ARE clickable.
Open vscode prj1 folder, then open main.cpp file and try to build using ctrl-shift-b
Check the output in the terminal and see that links to source file with error ARE NOT clickable.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
