Inconsistent version field in multimanifest when trying to update

Hi, I try to submit an update and I get this error:

Manifest Error: The multi file manifest has inconsistent field values. Field: ManifestVersion Value: 1.0.0 File: Novicon.Muni
xo.Client.locale.de-DE.yaml

My current version in the repository still uses manifest version 1.0.0. The problem seems to be with the non-default locale file. It seems that the version is updated to 1.1.0 in most generated manifest files, but in the DE locale file the version is still 1.0.0. This results in an inconsistent state and the update process fails.

This is my command line (supposed to be run from our build pipeline):

Is it something I am doing wrong, or could this be a bug in winget-create?

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this? I'll try to update my manifests manually to 1.1.0 and I hope it will work after that.
