Implamenting Deep Q Learning to train a virutal self driving car

- Download dependenices
- Navigate to ./map.py and run
- Press Load to 'load' a map (optional)
- Draw obsacles by clicking and dragging
- Watch it find it's way
- Save Brain by clicking Brain (optional)
