globalblacklist.conf / $validate_client whitelist question

Hello,

As this geo map returns 0 by default, I don't see the point to add all google/bing/CF/... IPs with a 0 value to this list ? Isn't it overkill?
Same for the map $http_user_agent $bad_bot

Shouldn't theses IPs/Bots be added to a $good_client / $good_bot variable instead ? (could be usefull)
