Hi Mitch,

I'm trying to create CAG and it's been running for hours. Is this normal? And if my de novo assembly is using both paired-end reads and single-end read, will it be sufficient to use only interleaved paired-end reads for the read file input? Thanks.

Regards,
Cheng

Hi Cheng,

Yes, unfortunately, can take up to 12 hours. If it takes longer than that
let me know.

I am working on an update that will be much quicker.

Best,

Mitchell

Forgot to answer the second part of that question. It will be fine just to
use the paired-end reads.
