Filippo, can you add in an argument in getFAO so that the name of item, element and country are returned?

Just check with Guido to modify the query in getFAO so that the names are also extracted.

I added the argument returnNames in order to allow area, element, and item names to be downloaded. Tested, should be ok.

Please also add in the same argument for getFAOtoSYB in order to pass onto getFAO.
