RM4 mini 648d discovered but no learn or send

I own a new RM4 mini 648d, firmware 52078, node red running on a home assistant supervised raspi 4. I've reset it several times according to documentation. It will discoverd correctly, but neither learning nor sending. Integration via home assistant works fine, but via node red it would be nicer. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi,
I have the exact same issue with same device. The device is discovered, I enter IP, MAC and Id (648d) on the RM node, but I can't learn or send. And also it says on property "cloud" = false.
And I was following those instructions from the beginning. I don't see what I might be doing wrong. I used the Broadlink app just until the point where you discover the device and assign it to your wifi. Right after that I exit as suggested.

Your device is probably in cloud mode. what worked for me was to reset the device again and then configure exactly as described in the section from the link entitled “ New Broadlink App and Cloud mode - Troubleshooting”
