RM4 Mini (RM4C - 62bc - v52079) not sending ir data

iam owner of a rm4 mini (62bc) and 2x rm3 mini (2737).
all the devices are correctly discovered with discover node.
when i use "send data" through rm3 mini, all works fine.
if i use the same flow through rm4 mini, nothing happends.
