Parse the comments from the original file and include (where appropriate) for the unit or unitName

Please provide concrete translation examples.

The comments are shown in my UDUNITS style sheet work, at https://github.com/graybealski/udunits-work. The XML folder has the output HTMLs containing the parsed comments.

I'll create a few n3 examples shortly.

n3 example added to the main model page.

The meta-comments (for sections of some files) don't translate to this form very well, we'll have to drop them. A meta-comment that is before a unit, instead of in it, will likewise have to be dropped.

Very low priority IMHO.

Agree, low priority. Can you add a label called 'deferred' or 'later' or something? I like to be able to keep track of these rather than just saying 'won't fix'.

Also wouldn't mind a few priority labels: low priority, medium priority. Or whatever you prefer.
