would be great for it to accept gzipped SHAPEIT2 input files (.haps.gz and .sample.gz)
otherwise i have to unzip and rezip.

thanks for considering! to have more harmony in my imputation basis :)

Thank you for using our software. I agree this would be a nice space saving feature but unfortunately I will not be able implement this at the moment.
