FAILED cram_multiproject, see /groups/umcg-gcc/tmp01/umcg-dhendriksen/vip/test/output/cram_multiproject/.nxf.log
  MSG: Failed to instantiate plugin GADO: No such file or directory at /groups/umcg-gcc/tmp01/umcg-dhendriksen/vip/resources/vep/plugins/GADO.pm line 60, <FH> line 806288.

caused by GADO not producing all_samples.txt, which appears to be caused due to the usage of HP:0000001 in the cram_multiproject test case.
