Buildbot: complete backend software upgrades #179

Too many details to list here, but ensure that all build systems are completely up to date. Every system I've checked on buildbot has an out-of-date component that should be updated a.s.a.p. At a minimum, compiler version and boost version should be upgraded to distro-provided versions. Keeping systems updated will help alleviate debugging issues, such as the one presented in monero-project/kovri#810.
